2 Virtual Assistants
2 Customer Service Representatives
Key Responsibilities:
Virtual Assistants (VAs):
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management, email correspondence, and document preparation
- Assist in data entry, scheduling, and project management
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members remotely
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Customer Service Representatives (CSRs):
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries
- Provide exceptional service, addressing questions and concerns regarding healthcare services
- Process orders, manage appointments, and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the relevant field
- Expertise in your area of responsibility (Virtual Assistance or Customer Service)
- Proficient in using remote communication tools (Zoom, Slack, MS Teams, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and customer care
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Fluency in English is required (French language skills are a plus)
Compensation:
- Virtual Assistants: 90k (monthly gross)
- Customer Service Representatives: 136k (monthly Net)
