We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our client’s team in the healthcare sector.

These positions are ideal for self-motivated individuals with a strong background in administrative support or customer service.

Positions Available:
2 Virtual Assistants
2 Customer Service Representatives

Key Responsibilities:

Virtual Assistants (VAs):

  • Provide administrative support, including calendar management, email correspondence, and document preparation
  • Assist in data entry, scheduling, and project management
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members remotely
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Customer Service Representatives (CSRs):
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries
  • Provide exceptional service, addressing questions and concerns regarding healthcare services
  • Process orders, manage appointments, and maintain accurate customer records
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the relevant field
  • Expertise in your area of responsibility (Virtual Assistance or Customer Service)
  • Proficient in using remote communication tools (Zoom, Slack, MS Teams, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and customer care
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Fluency in English is required (French language skills are a plus)

Compensation:

  • Virtual Assistants: 90k (monthly gross)
  • Customer Service Representatives: 136k (monthly Net)
