Job Title: Admin Assistant 

Salary: N100,000 – N150,000

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team. 

The ideal candidate should be female, between the ages of 23-27 years, with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Key Requirements:

• Age: Female, between 22-27 years old

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced setting.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

• Experience with office productivity and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Asana)

• Basic knowledge of research and referencing tools is a plus

• Attributes:

• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
