Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Salary: ₦80,000 – ₦100,000 + 10% commission on each sale
Job Description:
Dek Global Properties Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketer/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate services to potential clients, building lasting relationships, and driving sales to contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively prospect and generate leads for real estate services.
• Promote and sell properties, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Provide clients with detailed information about our services and properties.
• Follow up on sales leads, handle objections, and close deals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or real estate.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and opportunities.
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Lagos is an advantage.
Compensation:
• Monthly salary: ₦80,000 – ₦100,000
• 10% commission on each successful sale
