*Primary Responsibilities:*
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for the finance department.
Oversee and manage accounting and finance functions, including cash flow analysis, financial forecasting, and interpretation of financial records.
Provide managerial advice based on thorough financial analysis and reporting.
Conduct statutory, regulatory, and management reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure budgetary considerations are integrated into strategic planning processes.
Coordinate daily budget implementation, monitor compliance, and advise on potential financial issues proactively.
Maintain financial records in compliance with statutory requirements and industry best practices.
*What We’re Looking For:*
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the fintech industry.
HND/B.Sc. in Accounting or a related field.
ICAN certification or other relevant professional qualifications is an added advantage
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in financial reporting.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on excellence.
