Position: HR/Admin Assistant

Qualifications:

– Minimum qualification of HND.

– At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

– Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.

– Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents are up-to-date.

– Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

– Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary support.

– Assist in organizing company events and training sessions.

– Perform general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

– Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Competencies:

– Excellent organizational and time management skills.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

– Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
