Ideally someone who is proficient with:
Data analysis, looking through GA4 data to identify issues and opportunities for improvement
Technical implementation of Tag Manager, GA4, Pixel tracking with custom events, Zapier for Conversion API events
Planning and executing A/B tests, including coming up with the hypotheses, setting up the tests, and reporting on the results
Some coding (HTML, CSS, Javascript) knowledge is useful, for setting up test variations
To clarify, this will be a part time role with the potential to be brought on full-time.
