Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Call Centre Agents to provide excellent customer service and support. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and efficient communication experience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer and manage incoming calls professionally.
– Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
– Record and document customer interactions.
– Escalate issues as necessary for resolution.
Requirements:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
– Previous call centre experience is an advantage.
