If so, we invite you to join us on a journey of transformation, healing, and empowerment. We are committed to walking alongside rape survivors. While we may not have the funds to offer traditional payment, we value your time, effort, and dedication. At the end of the project, all volunteers will receive a payment as a token of our appreciation for your invaluable contribution.

We are seeking volunteers to fill various key roles to ensure the success of our project.

➡️1. Project Coordinator 

 – Responsibilities: Oversee the planning and execution of the event, coordinate with different teams, ensure smooth logistics, and manage on-the-ground operations during the event.

 – Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, experience in event planning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

➡️2. Public Relations and Social Media Team

 – Responsibilities: Manage our social media platforms, create and schedule posts, engage with our audience online, and help spread the word about the event and our cause.

 – Qualifications: Experience in social media management, strong writing skills, creative mindset, and the ability to craft compelling narratives.

 – Qualifications: Experience in photography/videography, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

➡️3. Registration and Guest Services Team

 – Responsibilities: Manage guest registration, welcome attendees, provide information and assistance, and ensure a smooth check-in process.

– Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

➡️4. Logistics and Venue Setup Team

– Responsibilities: Assist with the setup and teardown of the event venue, manage logistics such as seating arrangements, and ensure all materials and resources are in place.

 – Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work as part of a team.

➡️5. Fundraising and Sponsorship Team

– Responsibilities: Help secure sponsorships and donations for the event, liaise with potential partners, and manage donor relationships.

– Qualifications: Experience in fundraising or sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

➡️6. Editor

 – Responsibilities: Review and edit written content for the book launch, including speeches, promotional materials, and event scripts, ensuring clarity, coherence, and emotional impact.

– Qualifications: Strong editing skills, experience in content writing or editing, attention to detail, and the ability to enhance the tone and message of the content.

➡️7. Graphics Designer

 – Responsibilities: Design flyers, posters, social media graphics, and other visual content for the event, ensuring a cohesive and an appealing aesthetic that aligns with our brand and message.

– Qualifications: Experience in graphic design, proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), creativity, and the ability to produce eye-catching visuals.
