Job Description
· A French speaking customer service sales representative works to develop leads to grow a business.
· They will work directly with customers` in Francophone West Africa to recommend products and services to fit their needs.
· A good customer service sales representative anticipates customer concerns and offers practical solutions to resolve them. They are responsible for consistently achieving sales targets.
Duties
· Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services.
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution in French
· Generate and convert leads to sales.
· Respond to customer inquiries via various channels.
· Provide after-sales support to customers when needed.
· Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.
· Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use.
· Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers.
Requirements
· 2-5 years of customer service or sales experience
· Fluent in French and English Language is a necessity for this role
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
· Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
· Good knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in training and professional development.
· Ability to quickly grasp concepts and gain product knowledge.
· Computer literate.
