Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Group HR and Admin Manager to oversee human resources and administration functions across the group, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies.
• Manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
• Develop compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
• Promote a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (CIPM, CIPD) advantageous,
• 10+ years of HR management experience, with a strong understanding of the Nigerian labour market and regulations.
• Proven record in talent management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
• Oil and gas industry experience required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
