Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Social media marketing and communication skills.
Proven working experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and paid advertising campaigns.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in social media management tools and analytic platforms.
Experience in managing multiple social media accounts and handling high-volume engagement.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Familiarity with graphic design principles and basic knowledge of image and video editing software is a plus.
