Job Responsibilities
Sales and Revenue Growth
Market Analysis and Strategy
Customers and Client Acquisition and Relationship Management.
Business collaboration, management, and reporting.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing within the construction or building materials industry specifically, like POP cement, paint etc.
In-depth understanding of the construction market and building materials industry trends.
Strong Digital marketing and business development skills, with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and implement creative marketing strategies with results of increased sales.
Proficient in SEO optimization, MS Office suite, and CRM tools.
Strong collaboration skills, build and maintain good relationships with clients and partners.
Ability to work as a team and independently with positive motivation and attitude to work.
Salary
N120,000 monthly
