Job Description

Our Client in the medical field is seeking an experienced Administrative/Business Operations Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably within the medical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing business operations, managing clients and staff, driving internal sales growth, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization. This role requires a proactive and qualified individual who is eager to take on significant responsibilities and create value for our company.

Job Responsibilities

Business Management:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the business, including the overall operations of three clinic branches.

Ensure efficient and effective operations that align with company goals.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and performance.

Client Management:

Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Identify opportunities for growth within the current client base.

Staff Management:

Manage the staff, including optometrists, ophthalmologists, opticians, technicians, and administrative staff, to ensure a cohesive and motivated team.

Oversee HR functions, including partial recruitment and staff development.

Foster a positive work environment and promote team building.

Protik Advisory Must be a good team player, able to player, able to work with exsting staff and team leaders.

Operations Leadership:

Head operations and ensure all business processes are running smoothly.

Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Manage clinic finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Coordinate patient flow, scheduling, and billing.

Sales and Growth:

Drive internal sales growth and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.

Collaborate with the sales team to optimize performance and outcomes.

Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to promote the clinic and attract new patients.

Data Analysis:

Analyze data from our software to better plan and understand business flow with patients and sales.

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in eye care and healthcare administration.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or business operations role.

Experience in the medical industry is a significant advantage.

Proven track record of managing a business, clients, and staff effectively.

Strong understanding of HR practices and experience in staff management.

Excellent organizational, communication, and team-building skills.

Ability to create and implement strategies for business growth.

Knowledge of workplace safety and industry-specific regulations.

Must be a resident of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.
