Requirements:
Our client, an Edutech Company seeks the services of an experienced School Counsellor between the ages of 30 to 40.
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a counselor and a bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
International Recruitment:
Attract and enroll students from various countries to diversify and enrich the institution’s community.
Student Counseling:
Provide guidance and support to students to help them succeed academically and personally.
Communication and Marketing:
Develop and execute strategies to effectively promote the institution’s programs and engage with prospective and current students.
Collaboration:
Work with internal and external stakeholders to foster partnerships and enhance the institution’s offerings.
Orientation and Support:
Facilitate the transition of new students into the institution by providing essential information and resources.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and report data to inform decision-making and improve institutional effectiveness.
