Restaurant Server at the Foodhub by CWC

Location: Lagos

Job Objective

As a Server, you are to ensure orders of our patrons are accurately taken and delivered to them.

You must be able to explain the menu to our customers, communicate with the production team when meals on display have hit replenish level, and manage the life span of the meals passed for display

Responsibilities

Welcome guests/customers as they enter into the restaurant

Guide guests in the selection of dishes

Respond to questions and make recommendations for complementary products

Collaborate with other restaurant servers and the production team to ensure the trays on display are adequately and freshly stocked

Receive feedback and complaints with a positive attitude and follow up with the appropriate department until resolved

Take food and beverage orders accurately

Ensure all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is of high quality

Process bills using the point-of-sale software, collect payments, and issue receipts applicable

Perform cleaning and sanitation futies of theservice station andthe dining area

Deliver memorable guest service experience

Ensure the service station is well stocked with packaging materials and serving utensils

Process orders via the e-commerce platforms

Requirements

Minimum of a senior secondary school certificate.

Minimum of 1 year experience serving or waiting experience

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Good memory and agility

Basic Maths skills

Attention to cleanliness and safety

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary

N60,000 monthly.
