Remuneration: 120,000 – 150,000

The customer service representative is responsible for communicating with customers in person, via phone, email or online chat and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Cross sell the company’s product and services to prospective clients and already existing client base.
* Maintain customer records, update customer information
* Work with internal teams to follow up on customer feedback to ensure customer’s needs are met in a timely fashion
* Answer customer calls, respond to email, handle customer enquiries and complaints made over phone and for walking clients
Job Requirements :
* Ability to communicate with high profile Clients.
* Atleast 2 years experience as a customer service representative
* Confident and presentable
* Degree holder
* Background in Sales or marketing
* Proficiency in using computer and office software
