Job Responsibilities
1.Provide technical support for industry-specific projects including data analysis, research, and report generation.
2.Assist in preparing technical documentation and presentations.
3.Collaborate with relevant teams to gather technical information and updates.
Project Coordination:
3. Assist in the planning and execution of strategic projects.
4. Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
5. Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
6. Prepare project status reports and presentations.
Administrative Support:
7. Handle the Manager’s diary, calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
8. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
9. Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
10. Manage diary, schedule meetings and make travel arrangements.
11. Take dictation and minutes.
12. Conduct research and provide information as needed.
13. Proposal Writing
Qualification/Experience
– A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
– Must have worked as an Executive Assistant consistently for a minimum of at least 3-4 years.
– Must be willing to travel to other subsidiaries outside Lagos State
– Must posses IT skills, with working knowledge of email systems, computer hardware, and peripherals.
– Exhibit and maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality.
Knowledge of Office management systems and procedures.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
