A reputable Lagos-based fashion brand is seeking a talented and experienced Production and Design Associate to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for fashion design and production, who can contribute creatively and technically to our growing brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Physical and digital sketching of fashion designs.
* Pattern drafting and garment construction.
* Creation and adjustment of tech packs.
* Collaborating with the production team to ensure accurate designs and smooth manufacturing processes.
* Providing styling consultation and guidance.
* Bridal and ready-to-wear styling and consultation experience is an added advantage.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in fashion design and production.
* Strong skills in both physical and digital sketching.
* Proficiency in pattern drafting and tech pack creation.
* Ability to make corrections/alterations as needed.
* Experience in bridal and ready-to-wear fashion is a plus.
* Must be based in Lagos Island or able to commute without accommodation needs.
