Minimum of Bachelors degree in management, finance or related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in sales of financial products (bank deposits, funds, insurance, etc.), management experience, experience in banks, wealth institutions, Internet finance and other similar positions is preferred.
Quality: a high degree of self-motivation and self-discipline, can work effectively and independently, with the ability to apply entrepreneurial and business thinking to achieve team performance goals.
Team Management Skills: experiences in employee relations management, with strong coaching skills and business sensitivity.
