Job Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
Providing product or service information to customers.
Processing orders, applications, refunds and requests from customers.
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their satisfaction is achieved.
Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback.
Job Requirements
Should be between 18 and 39 years old
Demonstrate proficiency in the English language
Hold citizenship or residency in an African country
A graduate from an accredited University or Polytechnic
