Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and connected Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role within the Fintech industry, leveraging a robust network to drive business growth and forge strategic partnerships.

 Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and Execute Strategy: Formulate and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to meet company objectives and drive revenue growth.

– Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and customer needs within the Fintech sector.

– Build and Maintain Relationships: Utilize your extensive network to establish, maintain, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and potential clients.

– Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and secure strategic partnerships and alliances that align with our business goals and enhance our market position.

– Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

– Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.

– Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, progress against targets, and market feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:

– Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business development role within the Fintech industry, with a demonstrable record of success.

– Network: A well-established network of contacts within the financial services and Fintech ecosystem.

– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

– Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels.

– Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Fintech landscape, market trends, and regulatory environment.

– Proactive: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.

– Analytical: Excellent analytical skills to assess market opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

– Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
