SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Capture high-quality video footage of real estate properties, emphasizing key features for marketing purposes.
Apply cinematic techniques to create engaging property walkthroughs and promotional videos.
Work closely with real estate agents, marketing teams, and clients to understand their vision and marketing goals.
Coordinate with editing teams to maintain a consistent visual style during post-production.
Develop virtual tours for properties, offering potential buyers an immersive experience.
Capture high-resolution photographs of real estate properties, focusing on key selling points and architectural details.
Ensure that images accurately represent the property’s aesthetics and features to attract potential buyers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
– Proficiency in the use of post-production software.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Organizational and time-management skills.
