Job Summary: Our client is a tech-enabled pharmaceutical firm looking to hire a Digital Transformation Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and Drive the company’s overall digital transformation
Review existing internal business processes and identify areas of improvement
Champion digital transformation tools and conduct training to relevant departments
Manage cash flow by forecasting cash needs and optimising cash balances
Collaborate with senior management to formulate strategic plans and initiatives based on financial insights.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles
Project management and communication skills
Stakeholder mapping and management
