Key Responsibilities:

▪︎Participate in recruitment and selection

▪︎Facilitate employee onboarding process.

▪︎Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

▪︎Update HR databases and spreadsheets.

▪︎Assist in benefits administration (health insurance, pension, etc.).

▪︎Provide support for employee inquiries.

Resolve minor conflicts.

▪︎Promote positive employee relations.

▪︎Assist in HR projects and initiatives.

▪︎Prepare reports as required.

▪︎Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

▪︎Bachelor’s Degree.

▪︎0-2 years of HR experience

▪︎Excellent communication skills

Skills:

▪︎Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

▪︎Strong organizational and time management skills.

▪︎Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

▪︎Analytical and problem-solving skills.

▪︎Ability to maintain confidentiality.
