Key Responsibilities

    Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the garage.

    Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

    Schedule and manage appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

    Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

    Handle customer inquiries, provide information about services, and resolve any customer issues or complaints.

    Prepare estimate and invoices, issue all documents related to to job

    Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

    Coordinate with techniciansand service advisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.

    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

    Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in the automotive industry.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software).

    Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    Professional appearance and demeanor.

    Basic knowledge of automotive services and repairs (preferred but not required).
