    10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in Oil & Gas, Maritime sectors.

    Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams to achieve business objectives.

    Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

    Sound financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

    Knowledge of Oil & Gas regulations, Maritime regulations, and associated trends.
