Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Engineer to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations of IT systems and infrastructure.

In this position, the incumbent will be expected to deliver in the following 

●Technical Support:

Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

Respond to support requests via phone, email and inperson.

●Microsoft office365 and azure Infrastructure deployment and management

●LAN/WAN design, implementation and support

Enterprise System integrations  

Responsibilities:

●Implements, integrates and troubleshoots information and software systems, and deploys client’s technology plans, solutions, and services.

●Consulting with client stakeholders on strategies for deployment of new cloud technology implementations, monitoring and optimization of existing equipment.

●Deploying and implementing end-to-end technology solutions in a cloud/on-premise environment.

●Improving technology operations through better use of monitoring, tools, scripting best and practices..

●Follow standard procedures for proper implementation of projects and escalation of issues.

●Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape.

●Work closely with other units in the firm to define and deliver new solutions, services, and enhancements.

●Drives the use of cloud technology solution and ensure its adoption.

Requirements and skills

●Minimum of 1-year hands-on experience in information troubleshoots and software systems.

●Experience with remote support tools and technologies.

●Knowledge of Windows server, office365 & Azure IaaS

●Hand-on experience on system integration 

●Experience in technological analyses and research

●Good written and verbal communication skills

●Good analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, writing skills and interpersonal skills

●Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced start-up like environment

●Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Salary – 120,000 – 150,000
