Responsibilities

The following job description sets out the duties which you are to provide as a Logistics Associate & the list included for the Job description are not exhaustive and further requirements may be added.

    Meet with Clients for collection of Documents for Clearing.

    Clearing status report to Clients at least twice a week.

    Monitor & follow up on clearing expediters on the processing & reporting any incident to Branch Manager for further action.

    Sending of ALL Clearing documents to account Team for invoicing after delivery, within 2-3 days time frame.

    Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels.

    Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

    Coordinate and oversee the shipping/airfreight and receiving of goods.

    Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

    Arrange transportation for shipments and ensure timely delivery.

    Track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during transit

    Represent the Company at Business meeting and revert back with report.

Basic Requirements

    Qualification is ND/HND or BSC in Business Administration/Logistics MGT/related field.

    Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations preferred.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
