Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse/Registered Midwife to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing and midwifery care to patients under the supervision of our healthcare professionals. This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status, including physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitoring patients’ responses to interventions.

• Providing prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care to pregnant women, including conducting antenatal assessments, assisting with labor and delivery, and offering postpartum support.

• Educating patients and their families about health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care practices.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and promote interdisciplinary communication.

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and adhering to evidence-based practice guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent (required).

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (RN/RM) 

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in nursing and midwifery practice.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Commitment to maintaining professional competence through ongoing education and training.

 Salary: 200k Net
