Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate product vision and strategy.

Maintain and update the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
Develop training materials and onboarding programs to help customers maximize product value
Qualifications
Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of a product, from development to launch.
Experience in the short-term rental or vacation rental industry is highly desirable.
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and analytically.
