Specifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a security-focused role, preferably within the fintech industry
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and best practices
Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption, and endpoint protection
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001)
Strong knowledge of network security technologies and protocols (e.g. firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, etc.)
Experience with network architecture and design
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are highly desirable
Good knowledge of AWS technologies and Linux is a plus.
