Job Description:
At Vino Imperium, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all staff members perform their duties to the highest standards and that our guests receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure efficient operation and guest satisfaction.
2. Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
3. Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service across all areas.
4. Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
5. Assist in scheduling and shift planning to ensure adequate coverage.
6. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure quality.
7. Collaborate with management to implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
8. Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
10. Support the team during peak hours and busy periods, leading by example.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
6. Knowledge of hospitality management software and tools is a plus.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is an advantage.
