At Vino Imperium, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure efficient operation and guest satisfaction.

2. Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

3. Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service across all areas.

4. Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner

5. Assist in scheduling and shift planning to ensure adequate coverage.

6. Collaborate with management to implement and uphold company policies and procedures.

7. Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, maintain stock levels and minimize waste.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

4. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

5. knowledge of hospitality management software and tools is a plus.
