*LOCATION*: Lagos 

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Negotiates, reviews and drafts documentation for business transactions.

* Prepares and advises on necessary checklist to be adopted to ensure information is     submitted on time. 

* Monitors changes in relevant legislation that directly or indirectly affects the business and takes appropriate measures in meeting the demands.

* Review agreements, contracts and other formal arrangement with third parties involving the Business.

* Assesses and advises on liabilities and risks of proposed transactions

* Devises creative and practical legal solutions to mitigate the risks.

* Monitor litigations involving the business and advises supervisors

* Provides the required secretarial and legal services including the preparation of board papers, agenda for AGM’s, Board and Board Committee Meetings.

* Co-writes and reviews minutes of Board of Directors and its standing committees’ meetings.

*Qualifications:*

* Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognized Nigerian University

* Bar Qualification Certificate (BL) from the Nigerian Law School

* 2-3 years Post Bar experience
