There is an opening for a Recruitment & Performance Management Executive who has quality experience in talent acquisition and performance management.
Job Description:
1. Manage & maintain the manpower count, attrition rate across Nigeria.
2. Handle recruitment management for the Head Office & supervises overall recruitment.
3. Develop all recruitment materials & facilitate trainings for the use of the materials.
4. Coordinate with Line Managers and Departmental Managers to ensure effective recruitment.
5. Develop policies to evaluate, measure & improve employee performance.
6. Analyze & review recruitment & performance metrics data to provide reports to management.
7. Manage the bi-annual appraisal process to reward or improve performance.
8. Coordinate monthly incentive calculation & payment process.
9. Collaborate with the rest of the HR Team on other HR projects.
Job Requirements
1. Must have at least 2-3 years as an HR Executive experience in the Mobile Phone or Telecommunications Industry.
2. Must have a very good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel & how to apply it in reporting.
3. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline (Preferably a management degree)
