Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Advisor
Location: Lagos
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Advisor to join our HCM team. He/she will help design and manage our pay and benefits programs to ensure they are fair and competitive.
Key Responsibilities:
– Create and manage pay structures that match our company goals.
– Research and compare job salaries to keep our pay competitive.
– Manage employee benefits programs.
– Prepare compensation reports for senior management.
– Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to senior management
– Ensure regulatory compliance on pay and benefits.
– Advise managers and employees on pay and benefits.
– Work with HCM and finance teams on pay budgets.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
– At least 5 years of experience in pay and benefits management.
– Knowledge of pay practices and market analysis.
– Experience with HR and pay software.
– Strong analytical and communication skills.
– Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is a plus.
