Job Description:

As a Company Security Officer, you will leverage your military training and experience to develop and implement security protocols, manage risk, and maintain a secure environment for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel, facilities, and assets.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Coordinate and manage responses to security incidents and emergencies.
Collaborate with law enforcement and other external agencies as necessary.
Provide training and guidance to employees on security awareness and best practices.
Monitor and analyze security systems and surveillance equipment.
Maintain detailed records of security activities, incidents, and investigations.
Qualifications:
Former military experience, preferably with a background in security or law enforcement.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of current security technologies and systems.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Security Management, Physical Security) are a plus.
