1. Web3 native UI designer
You should know web3 terms, web3 narratives, a deep understanding of data platforms like messar/dune or web3 protocols like Uniswap/AAVE and their analytics dashboard. With min 2+ yrs of design exerience.
2. Front-end developer
You should have worked on atleast one web3 project. You should have a knack for design and transforming figma files as it is, pixel by pixel, to the front-end. Min experience 3+ yrs, and you should be good with building complex front-ends that require deep understanding for routing, state management, with a go-getter attitude of “won’t sleep until I figure it out”.
