Technical Support/Customer Service Representative at Prime Hire Agency
Location: In Office (Lekki Phase 1) then Remote (based on performance)
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong understanding of technical support.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and other relevant software.
•Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
•A high level of honesty, integrity, and commitment to upholding company values.
•Comfortable with transitioning from in-office work to remote work based on performance.
•Proficient in using computers and related technologies.
•Must be able to interview tomorrow and be able to resume on Monday.
•Must have technical skills because it is specifically a technical support representatives, so computer skills is a must.
